Зам тээврийн хөгжлийн сайдын 2023 оны A/298 дугаар тушаалаар "Автотээврийн хэрэгслээр ачаа, зорчигч тээвэрлэх дүрэм"-д өөрчлөлт орж улс, хот хоорондын нийтийн зорчигч тээврийн автобус хөдөлснөөс хойш зорчигч хоцорсон бол зорчих тасалбарын ТӨЛБӨРИЙГ БУЦААН ОЛГОХГҮЙ тул зорчигч та бүхэн тээврийн хэрэгсэл хөдлөх цагаас 30 минутын өмнө Зорчигч тээврийн төвд очно уу!

1. Keep in mind.

The passengers must show personal documents to driver
If payment receipt required, print out the reference and be ready 30 minutes before the departure.
Age of 0-5 years children are free to take part in seat.
Permitted to carry not more than 60*40*20 cm hand luggage with weight of 20kg.
If you cancel the ticket you will be charged 15% of your ticket and online service.
The payment must be transferred to bank account of National Road Transport Center within 20 minutes and put the order code /MUST/ and phone number in the part of transaction meaning.

2. Driver shall have the right to refuse to transport passengers in the following circumstances:

Drunk/alcohol/ passengers are not allowed.
If the passenger’s name, passport number and age are incorrectly filled are not allowed.
Age of 0-12 years children without caretaker not allowed.
If the passengers do not qualify for the incentive or age limit
